HR Business Partner Job Description

HR Business Partners fulfil an internally-facing role, involving playing an integral part in the employee relations area of an organisation, working at a strategic and an operational level and driving business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Thorough working experience of resolving complex casework problems
  • Strong employee relations background
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
