HR Recruit have another Group HR Manager job vacancy for a Tonbridge based client handled by our South East team.
Our client is a large sales business with several sites across the South East. They are looking to recruit a Group HR Manager who can oversee operations across several sites along the South coast. This is an expanding and fast moving business and this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
Ensure changes in employment law are integrated into HR policies and practices, supporting all levels of Management when dealing with absence, redundancies, grievances and disciplinaries
Providing strategic reports and recommendations such as turnover, absence etc.
Support and encourage a culture of employee engagement within employee surveys and continuous improvement initiatives.
Developing key members of staff to ensure successful succession planning, ensuring the annual appraisal is undertaken.
Provide support and guidance on the Group Stakeholder Pension, Private Health Care and Life Insurance Schemes.
Work with key Directors and Managers to assist in the training and development of our employees.
You will work closely with payroll and the payroll team
Must be an experienced HR Professional with at least 6 years HR experience.
Work on your own and be a confident decision maker
Build relationships with staff at all levels of the business
Must be CIPD qualified
Must be able to travel across several locations on the South Coast within Sussex, Surrey & Kent
In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 + car and benefits
