HR Recruit have another HR Advisor Vacancy for a West London based client which is being handled by our Greater London team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor for a 12 month FTC based in Isleworth, Middlesex. Our client is a growing organisation in the insurance sector. Reporting directly into the Head of HR, this is a very hands-on role. You will assist in the implementation of the Group HR strategy and associated projects across the Group. Although mainly based in Isleworth, you will be required to travel to the other group offices when required so owning a car is a necessity.
Key requirements of the role
Attend and minute HR and ER meetings as required by the business.
Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers and employees on matters of company or HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and practical assistance to Line Managers in carrying out performance management tasks, such as Appraisals, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Capabilities, Mediation
Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with HR departmental requirements and procedures
Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data.
Oversee Recruitment, On-boarding, Induction and Training activity, in line with company and HR policies, procedures and protocol.
Responsible for the production and communication (monthly) of timely and accurate information to the Payroll department.
You will be required to complete all HR Administrative tasks as required
Person Specification
The ideal candidate must;
Be CIPD Qualified
Have a proven track record in a HR generalist role
Excellent writing and presentation skills are a pre-requisite
Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Have experience of working to multiple priorities and working across a range of tasks.
Be able to organise self and own work, whilst retaining adaptability and willingness to work under instruction
Have a strong understanding of Employment Law
Have some knowledge/experience surrounding payroll or working with outsourced payroll functions
Strong Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Own a car as driving to the other sites will be required
In return you will receive a salary of between 26-32K + benefits
