HR Recruit have another HR Manager Vacancy for a Swansea based client which is being handled by our Wales team

Our client, an international industrial company is looking to recruit an experienced full or Part-Time HR Manager for their base in Swansea. Proving HR Advisory and administrative support, this is a stand-alone role where you will report into the European HR Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to take HR to the next level and utilise your previous HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR reporting for the site
  • Management of training plan
  • Attendance of Union Meetings and Management meetings incl. minute taking
  • Daily HR & payroll queries
  • Investigation and disciplinary hearings (chair and/or support/note taker)
  • Payroll reports and reconciliation for annual audits
  • Annual P11D & P60 calculations and submissions
  • Administration of Personnel files
  • Participations of HR projects

Person Specification

  • Must have at least 5 years previous HR experience
  • CIPD qualified or similar
  • Able to use own initiative and have a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • German Speaking would be an advantage but not essential

The client will consider candidates looking for P-T (minimum 25 hours per week) or Full time. This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager or HR Business Partner. The holidays are 22 plus bank holidays. In return you will receive a FTE salary of between £45,000-£50,000 plus excellent benefits.
