HR Recruit is recruiting a HR Manager for a small international financial services company for their UK base in Bristol. A stand-alone role you will report into the Global MD. The company is looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic person who is looking to bring in new ideas and who has experience of dealing with HR in international markets.
Lead the recruitment and hiring practices utilizing Social Media opportunities and recruiting the best talent.
Ensure employment contracts meet all local regulatory and legal requirements
Identify and implement a HR reporting system.
Continued development of all HR Policies programs and practices in line with new legal and regulatory developments
Understand all required immigration policies for each jurisdiction and apply and process all work permits.
Sit on the Management Committee and help formulate and monitor the development of department goals, objectives and systems.
Work with management to review key HR suppliers
Introduce a formal appraisal system with performance goals.
Establish the company salary structure and introduce regular market research to establish pay practices and pay bands to retain and recruit superior staff.
Must have be CIPD qualified or similar
Must be able to work autonomously and use own initiative
Must have experience of working in international companies and have experience of international law
Flexible and willing to work hours on different time zones when required
Experience with compensation, staff development and training.
Excellent Interpersonal and coaching skills.
High level of oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the management team and provide leadership and direction.
This is a fantastic chance for a candidate willing to progress their HR career in a small, international company. There is a great opportunity to bring in new ideas and challenge the status quo. The ideal candidate will have to travel internationally periodically. The company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager. In return you will receive a salary of between 40-60K.
