HR Recruit have another HR Advisor Vacancy for a London – City based client which is being handled by our Greater London team.
Our client, a prestigious organisation in the service sector, are looking to recruit a professional, sophisticated and astute HR Advisor or HR Officer for their luxurious establishment in Knightsbridge, London. As a stand-alone role you will have experience in ER, recruitment and training. You will also be accountable for the administrative function within the organisation.
Ensure all HR policies comply with current employment law
Advise and support all internal customers on HR practices and procedures
Oversee the resolution of all ER issues and participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures
Provide a support role for all staff and senior team
Liaise with payroll
Update senior team on KPI’s such as turnover and absence
Recruitment of key personnel and involvement in on-boarding process
Ensure new starter process is adhered to e.g. paperwork, appraisals, t&c’s etc
Ensure PDP’s are in place for all employees
Undertake Duty Manager cover at weekend (1 weekend in 8)
Flexible and be able to conduct duties as and when required.
Must be able to adhere to a strict code of conduct on service and presentation standards
Provide a courteous, professional and flexible service at all times
Attend necessary meetings and respond to changes in the work as necessary
Degree level or CIPD qualified, with a minimum of 2 years general HR experience
Must have experience of a high level, service led environment
Multi tasker and capacity to deal with a heavy workload
High attention to detail
Tis role will also suit a HR Manager of HR Officer. The candidate will receive a salary of 40-42K per annum + benefits
