HR Recruit have another Interim HR Advisor Vacancy for a Leeds based client which is being handled by our Yorkshire team.

Our client, a housing association in Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced HR advisor for a 6 month period. This is a varied and challenging role and candidates must be able start work on 2nd May 2017.

Reporting into the HR Manager the main duties are as follows:

Be experienced in ER including the provision of HR/Employee Relations consultancy support to managers on issues such as disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and occupational health and a track record of successful outcomes.
Experience of working with staff representative groups, supporting encouraging and nurturing effective employee communications and relations.
Extensive experience of recruitment and developing by using direct recruitment channels such as job boards, headhunting, professional networking websites where appropriate.
Develop and implements recruitment campaigns, providing a creative approach to recruitment to facilitate the selection of talented and engaged individuals.
Manages the full end to end recruitment process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient service, in line with agreed timescales.
Identifies areas for the continual development of the HR service, contributing to specific projects and initiatives and promoting these to enable successful roll-out and appropriate employee engagement.
Experience of operational HR practices such as payroll, salaries and benefits, pension including auto-enrolment, general HR administration.
Rounded and up to date understanding of current employment legislation, best practice HR policies and procedures and the impact these have on the organisation.
Person Specification

The ideal candidate must:

Be CIPD qualified or possess a similar HR qualification
Flexible and able to work across sites in West Yorkshire when necessary.
Excellent communications skills with all levels of staff and management
Excellent knowledge of employment law and comfortable with obtaining legal advice / guidance)
Ability to work to very tight deadlines and juggle a varied and busy workload
Highly organised and efficient with good administrative skills
Very competent with Microsoft Office

You must be able to start on Tuesday 2nd May. In return a salary of £26,420 (pro rata) will be offered for a 6 month contract.
