HR Recruit have another Interim HR Advisor Vacancy for a Manchester based client which is being handled by our North West team

Our client, a national charity is looking to recruit an interim HR Advisor for a 3 month period. A hr generalist, you will be required to make an immediate impact. This is a stand-alone role so previous HR experience is essential.

Key responsibilities

Providing daily advice on HR issues e.g. performance management
Experienced in ER and grievances
Admin support with documents and contracts
Deliver the full “employee lifecycle”

Person specification

You need to be able to hit the ground running and to apply your HR knowledge to practical situations by providing advice and guidance.
Confident in working independently
Ability to use your own initiative

The day rate is between £150 and £200 per day and you need to be able to start w/c 17th April.
