A nationwide waste recycling business is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager/HR Advisor for their business in Stourport On Severn, Worcestershire. A stand-alone, hands-on role the ideal candidate will be a HR generalist who can bring new ideas and ways of working into the business. Early in your HR career this role will suit an ambitious person who wants to progress their career and learn on the job in a forward-thinking business.
Upskill the existing team
Recruit a highly professional and high calibre workforce
Bring in new ideas and ways of working
To act as the first day-to-day contact on all company HR matters
Advise team leaders and colleagues on best practice and HR procedure
To keep up to date with all relevant legislations
To work alongside managers to implement training plans
Flexible, open to new ideas and a great communicator
Must have at least 4 years HR experience
Must have a degree
Ideally be CIPD qualified or similar HR qualification
A practical, working knowledge across all a broad range of HR areas, plus the ability to step up and work on your own initiative are essential skills for this role.
This is a one-off opportunity for an accomplished, all-round HR Manger with the ability to take on responsibility and lead by example. This role will suit an experienced HR Manager, HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Business Partner. In return the company will pay between £35-40K depending on experience.
