HR Recruit are recruiting another Head of HR vacancy for a London & Cambridge client handled by our South East team.
Our client, a technology company based in Central London are seeking to recruit a dynamic Head of HR for their growing business. Reporting directly into the board you are accountable for a HR team of 3. This is a fantastic role who which would suit an ambitious HR Manager, HR Officer, HR Advisor or an experienced Head of HR. Operationally focused, you will need to have significant experience of recruitment and be competent in employee relations.
Review existing recruitment methods including cost savings etc
Experience of employee engagement techniques and staff retention
Work in close partnership with the senior team to review and implement staff process and procedures
Ensure ER is managed to best practice
Be able to keep up to date on all ER issues and changes
Full review of all HR practices and processes
Fully CIPD qualified
Flexible, ambitious, determined and able to make a difference
HR Generalist proved at both an operations and strategic level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to challenge the status quo
The ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running and have previous experience of making a difference at an operational as well as strategic level. The role is based in London and Cambridge so you will need to spend time at both locations during the week. In return you will receive a generous salary of 50-60K.
