HR Recruit have another HR Advisor job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.

HR Recruit currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor for an organisation consisting of companies within retail, hospitality and the Arts. This is a newly created role based in West London. This role will be working independently in London whilst working closely with the rest of the HR team in Scotland and Somerset to manage the day to day operations of the function. This is mainly an implementation role bringing together the newly formed company and aligning the policies and procedures from the separate entities. You will be looking at the function through a strategic lens and identifying areas for process and workflow improvements, embedding best practice HR processes and working closely with stakeholders to build excellent relationships and to ensure they receive the best possible employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manages and supports the on-boarding process for new employees and off-boarding process for leavers
Oversees the HR administration including preparing employment contracts, contract changes and termination documents
Manage the salary review process, benchmarking roles in the market and generating the supporting documentation associated with the process
Ensures that employee records and files are accurately updated and compliant with GDP Regulations Data management and reporting
Introducing new processes and procedures to implement best practice across the organisation
Responsibility for ensuring HR Systems are developed and utilised to meet the evolving needs of the business and meet legislative and compliance standards
Prepares regular and ad-hoc HR Management Information
There will also be the opportunity to lead and work on HR projects and on occasion become involved in ER related issues.

Person Specification

Strong generalist HR knowledge including current knowledge of UK employment law
Be able to work independently and also as part of a team.
Be self- motivated and possess a can-do attitude.
You must hold a valid UK license as there will be travel to other local locations on an ad-hoc basis.

In return the candidate will receive a generous salary of between 40-45K and a discretionary bonus.
