HR Recruit have another Talent & Acquisition Manager job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.
Our client, a small start-up in the technology sector is looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious HR & Talent Manager to join the team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all HR matters and manage the end to end recruitment process for this growing business.
Work with managers to establish recruitment requirements and advise on the most suitable process
Use multiple sourcing channels, research methods/skills and headhunting techniques
Advise and assist managers with the creation of job descriptions, interview and assessment processes
Assist in negotiations concerning pay and conditions employment
Oversee the induction and onboarding process for new hires, and assist with all learning and development initiatives
Deliver a great employee experience, including organization of employee events, communication regarding employee payroll and benefits
Be the key point of contact for topics such as: compensation, benefits, pensions, coaching and performance management, legal enquiries, employee satisfaction, retention; etc.
3 to 4 years relevant experience with Human Resources
Knowledge of UK Law
Must have experience in SaaS Start UP
Proven recruitment experience ideally in recruiting sales and developers
Able to set own tasks/multi-task and prioritise own work
You must available to start work at the beginning of September. The organisation is based in West London. In return, the candidate will receive a salary of between 36-40K.
