HR Recruit have another HR Co-ordinator job vacancy for a Beaconsfield based client handled by our South East team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Co-ordinator to work in the medical sector. This is a stand alone role and the candidate must have at least 2 years HR experience.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Maintain human resources database, HR computer files and manual filing systems.
Create and maintain various reports needed to track HR processes e.g. staffing, Performance Management,
Assist with recruitment
Coordinate activities related to the administration and maintenance of employee benefits programs and new hire / annual enrolment
This is largely an administrative role and although it is a stand alone role there is HR support remotely. The ideal candidate must have admin experience with a particular focus on excel, word etc and the ability to prepare reports. You must be able to use your own initiative. This is an ideal opportunity for the ideal candidate wanting to progress their career. Initially the contract is for 4 months with a salary of 25K pro rata. Candidates must also be immediately available.
