HR Recruit have another Interim HR Manager job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced hands-on HR Manager to become part of the team at a media organisation in the city on a part-time interim basis for 6 months. Candidates must be immediately available.
This newly created role is a stand-alone position and is due to a number of recent changes to company structure. The candidate must be able to establish a HR function from the beginning. Great communication skills, the ability to work on your own and to hit the ground running are a must for this role
Duties:
•Implement and establish a HR function from the beginning and implement processes and procedures across the business where necessary
To act as the first day-to-day contact on all company HR matters
Advise and coach managers and team leaders on best practice and HR procedure
Actively work alongside the senior team to lead HR projects
Implement 360 recruitment mechanisms, to include recruitment methods, PDP, appraisals, L&D
Keep up to date with legislation and policies/procedures
Employee relations experience
This is a challenging stand-alone role in a fast-paced and dynamic sector. You must be hands-on and previous experience in a practical HR role is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have media experience and must have worked in small organisations. In return you will receive a salary of 50-55K pro rata.
