HR Recruit have another Part-Time HR Manager job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.

Our client an aspiring and growing company in the energy sector is looking to recruit their first experienced HR Manager for their base in Central London. A standalone HR role you will report directly into the Group VP. The role will span all aspects of operational Human Resource Management, including, employee relationship management, policy implementation, internal communication, recruitment, retention, training and development. Being immediately available, you will be setting up the HR function and can implement your own ideas whilst being the focal point of contact for HR within the business.

Key requirements

Responsible for full recruitment and talent management within the business
Management of the day to day HR processes
Manage investigations and employee relations
Keep upto date with all HR policies and procedures
Lead and manage all aspects of the on-boarding and induction processes
Benchmark and report on current and future salaries and benefits
Own and manage the company’s Health & Safety policy and oversee employee compliance
Person Specification

7-10+ years’ hands-on HR experience, preferably from within the UK energy or utilities or B2C sector
Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative
Strong knowledge of recruitment process, tools and methods including
Spoken Italian would be an advantage but not essential
Depth of knowledge of performance evaluation tools and methodologies
Depth of knowledge of HR analytics
Previous experience of a hands-on role would be an advantage.
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Manager. You must be immediately available. In return, you will receive a salary of between 35 -45K (+ benefits) depending on experience
