HR Recruit have another Part-Time HR Manager job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.
Our client, a fast growing organisation in the child care sector is looking to recruit an experienced Part-Time HR Manager covering 4 sites across North London and Camden. This is a newly created stand-alone role. An experienced HR generalist, this opportunity will give you great visibility within the business. You will be able to add value and implement your own ideas whilst being the focal point of contact for HR within the organisation. The part-time hours are either 3 days or 20-25 hours approx. per week.
Recruitment – advertising, interviewing and shortlisting, contract management, inductions
Payroll – calculating staff entitlements and benefits, high levels of numeracy and attention to detail, pensions
Grievances – dealing with potential safeguarding issues (working alongside the directors), staff disputes, pay disputes, general counselling
Supervisions, appraisals, training, continued professional development courses, gearing up staff in preparation for Ofsted inspections.
You must have at least 5 years experience working in a residential childrens services environment
Have good influencing skills to build strong working relationships,
Good knowledge of employment law
Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative.
This role would suit an experienced HR Manager, HR advisor or HR Business Partner.
In return, the ideal candidate will receive a salary of upto 40K pro rata and benefits.
