Interim HR Manager, London

45-50K Pro rata

Location: South East

HR Recruit have another Interim HR Manager job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.

Our client is a SME family run serviced office provider who has embarked on a growth strategy and as a result is looking for an interim HR Manager for a 6 month period. (5 days a week)

Duties will entail:

Run full recruitment cycle from beginning to end, including
Liaising with recruitment agencies or posting online adverts
Screening CV’s, interviewing and conducting assessment centres

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience of training and development and inducting new starters
Be able to engage and coach staff
Be involved with contracts of employment & handbooks
Offer ongoing employee support and assisting with staff retention
Be hands-on and able to get involved in all tasks
Must have extensive experience of SME’s (start up to 150 employees)
Be able to use their own initiative and implement their own ideas
Have a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
Be helpful and approachable
Have the ability to work autonomously
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to work 5 days per week

An enthusiastic personality and an ability to think on your own feet and make decisions is essential, along with the SME experience. The role has the option of becoming permanent for the ideal candidate. To be considered you must be immediately available. This role will provide an attractive salary of 45-50K (pro rata)
