HR Recruit have another Interim HR Manager job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Senior HR Manager to join an expanding healthcare company on a minimum 3 month contract. With centres located throughout the Midlands and the South East, the role will be based in London and Portsmouth and would be suited to a HR Manager who has operated at a senior level. The company is currently experiencing a re-structure so the ideal candidate needs to immediately step into the role whilst recruitment is undertaken for other HR positions.
The role will
Manage a team of HR professionals across the business units
Develop, implement strategic HR plan with leadership team, lead and align staff to company vision
Ensure all HR operations are legally compliant on all fronts
Ensure best practices are adhered to whist continuously improving all HR policies and procedures
Work with leadership team to ensure first rate wellbeing and employee conduct
Support Managers with performance review processes
Handle all aspects of remuneration management, benefits and staff incentive initiatives
Oversee staff attendance, absence and holiday systems
Manage and advise on disciplinary issues and procedure
The ideal candidate will be a robust and influential HR professional with a real “can do” attitude.
A true generalist who has operated at a senior HR Management level and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in getting close to the operation and understand the demands of the business as well as what the employee base are looking for. The ability to deliver HR solutions across multiple Business Units with multiple stakeholders in an organisation will be required. You will be able to challenge and influence at a group level as well as at all levels internally.
The majority of your time will be spent working out of the London and Portsmouth centres on a weekly basis but travel to other SE locations is also required. You must be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and experience of working in the healthcare sector and understanding the legislation will be a distinct advantage. The day rate is £300-£400 depending on experience.
