Our client, an SME based in London (W1) is looking to recruit an experienced HR Professional for 1-2 days per week. The role is hybrid but you will need to be based within 1 hour commute as you will regularly be required to attend management meetings.
Role requirements
Review and renewal of all HR Policies and procedures
Managing and/or supporting recruitment related activities and other HR processes
Provide 1st Line HR Support for all employees.
To carry out HR project work as required
Provide advice and support to line managers and employees regarding any change in employment legislation.
To manage the disciplinary and grievance procedures: advising managers, supporting investigations
To manage data contained in the HR system, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
Experience of working in a PE environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
This role would suit an experience HR Consultant who has their own limited company. In return you will receive a day rate of between £350-£450 per day for Ltd company contractors. For PAYE employees this rate will be less.
