This exciting and progressive business are seeking a skilled HR generalist for a hybrid role to report directly into the HR Manager and develop the operational HR function alongside supporting with the wider HR projects. Your new role
This is a fantastic role for an experienced HR Generalist, with a creative mind and a head for business. someone who will work closely with the HR Manager to convey the HR strategy.
You are dealing with a providing guidance on all aspects of the Employee experience including employee relations, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, communications, MI data and Pay & Reward. Working closely with the Talent & Acquisition officer, you will be involved in the colleague on-boarding process. You will also contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures, with the ability to get involved with projects on various business priorities.
What you’ll need to succeed
A passionate, proactive self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach
Have a solid understanding of HR best practice
Ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders across the business
CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum
Demonstrate knowledge of employment law gained from experience in similar roles
