Our client, an agile consultancy based in Leeds are looking to recruit a Head of Resourcing/Talent Acquisition Manager for a newly created role. The organisation offers a creative, fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment and the team is focused on supporting the organisation to identify and develop colleagues to meet future capability requirements.
Managing a team of 2, you will build the future capability and talent of the organisation. The company needs to ensure a pipeline of talent is being developed to ensure the continued success of the organisation. You will need to establish a great network of talent and also manage key stakeholders in the business to predict future talent demands.
You will be involved in ensuring that the whole recruitment process reflects the image and brand of the company and that they are seen as a great place to work. This will involve not just recruitment but on-boarding and communication within the organisation.
A strong recruitment professional who can:
- Work on own initiative and manage own time
- Be creative and have own ideas
- Have experience of working in the technology sector
- Be hands-on when necessary but able to empower a team
- Build solid relationships within the organisation and be a confident networker
- Is confident about building an organisations brand
Only experienced talent managers who have previously managed a team and worked in a technology environment will be considered for this role. In return you will receive a salary of between 60-65K plus generous holidays and a great working environment.
