HR Recruit have another P-T HR Advisor Vacancy for a Bolton based client which is being handled by our North West team
I am delighted to be working exclusively with my client, to source a part time experienced HR Advisor on a 7/8 month contract to cover Maternity Leave. The role is offered on a part time basis with hours in the region of 22.5 – 26 hours (days/hours are negotiable). The organisation is a specialist manufacturing organisation with ambitious growth/acquisition plans and currently anticipates that they are likely to be in a position to convert the role into a permanent opportunity at the end of the assignment. The FTE salary is 32-37k based on experience. The role will be a standalone position with a strong focus on Generailist HR. The main site is based in Westhoughton however the role will require travel to an additional site in North Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
Providing day to day HR advice and guidance to managers
Managing recruitment – drafting adverts, shortlisting and supporting managers with interviews
On-boarding – preparing contracts and offer letters and supporting the induction process
Managing disciplinary, grievance and absence procedures.
Processes leavers and conducting exit interviews
The ideal candidate will ideally possess:
a minimum of 5 years experience working in HR
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (or significant HR Advisory experience)
Previous experience of working in a Stand alone role
Previous experience of working in a blue collar environment
