HR Recruit have another HR Manager Vacancy for a Sunbury on Thames based client which is being handled by our South East team.
Our client in the professional services sector is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager for their base in Sunbury-on-Thames. Overseeing the HR function of the group and the HR support staff, you will ensure that the employees of the Company are focused and committed to the provision of a seamless and professional customer journey.
Ensure the business has a key focus on management capability, embedding new culture, values and behaviours and driving a high performance culture.
Provide Senior Management Team with advice and support on various strategic HR issues including, but not limited to, organisational change; employee relations; employment law.
Design and drive through performance management tools to allow the development of both management and leadership capability within the organisation.
Develop and implement a Performance Review process for all employees which allows alignment of individual objectives to team goals and overall group aims.
Implement and manage succession planning for key roles within the Group
Work with the management team in order to ensure sufficient resourcing levels with a robust recruitment strategy ensuring you retain strong budget controls.
Self motivated and resilient with the ability to operate independently where required.
CIPD – Fully qualified
Take ownership for continued self development and improvement.
Proven track record in the management and motivation of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels.
Well organised, methodical, realistic and reliable.
Team player with ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business.
There will also be frequent travel to Cwmbran in South Wales. In return you will receive a salary of between 55-65K (depending on experience) plus benefits.
