HR Recruit have another HR Manager vacancy for a Huntingdon based client handled by our South East team.
Our client, an international business based in Huntingdon is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to support the development of the organisations people strategy and practices.
Support the implementation of the people strategy that feeds into the overall organisation’s business strategy.
Formulate HR Plans, Policies &procedures according to organisational objectives.
Support the creation and implementation of a reward strategy that attracts, incentivises and motivates teams to deliver.
Implement talent management with succession plans to ensure a talent pipeline, and establish Create and implement a culture of coaching and mentoring. Identifying programmes and resources aligned to the vision and values of the organisation.
Responsible for ensuring the team provide effective, standardised end-to-end recruitment
Responsibility for the implementation of the employee engagement strategy.
Ensuring the HR team deliver effective daily operational HR tasks, including handling employee relations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, monitoring and recording sickness/absence/annual leave, reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
Minimum of 5 years transactional HR experience gained in fast paced industry.
3+ years’ experience in a HR leadership position
Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills
A strong working knowledge of employment law issues, best practice processes for disciplinaries, redundancies and payroll is required, as well as experience of employee relations
You must be able to start the by the beginning of April. In return you will receive a salary of 55-65K plus excellent benefits.
