HR Recruit has another HR Advisor vacancy for a Runcorn based client handled by our North West team.

HR Recruit are seeking immediately available HR officers and Advisors to support a construction organisation who are experiencing a high volume of work due to the implementation of a new project. They require short term HR support to support them through this busy period.
The role is based Runcorn and offers an FTE salary in the region of £35,000.

Duties include:

Deliver general HR support to the team
Answer incoming enquiries to the HR team
Ensure all HR systems are up to date and effective
Provide reports as needed
Ensure staff personnel files are up to date
Deliver administrative support
Manage a busy and varied workload
Assist with the organisation’s employee relations activities

The ideal candidate:
Our client requires an individual who has at least 2 years HR experience and can start immediately.
