HR Recruit have another HR Administrator Vacancy for a Basildon based client which is being handled by our South East team.
An educational establishment in Basildon, Essex is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator for a 4 month period – possibly longer. The organisation has just undergone a period of change and this role is to support the HR Manager.
Main duties are as follows:
Being involved in recruitment processes and dealing with the admin associated with this
Support performance management processes
Support employee development and training projects
Assist with employee relations issues
Assist with organisational communications
Maintain employee records
HR Assistant Requirements:
Excellent reporting skills
Exceptional record management skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines and juggle a varied and busy workload
Competent with Microsoft Office
Previous experience of recruitment administration is a must. You would be required to start at the beginning of February. In return you will receive a salary of upto 25K pro rata.
