HR Recruit have another HR Manager vacancy for a Alfreton based client handled by our Midlands team.
Our client, a leading pharmaceuticals company based in Alfreton, Derbyshire is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager for a newly created role. The client is an expanding company, and as such requires a candidate that has the confidence and experience to be able to influence at all levels. The role is accountable for overseeing all HR initiatives and HR administration within the United Kingdom.
Implementation of corporate HR strategy and processes through effective communication and driving change.
Maintain and oversee dispute, grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures
Accountable for all HR administration, policies and procedures and drive improvement through effective communication and change
Ensure employee personnel files are maintained in good order and kept up to date
Support corporate HR training and development initiatives
Assist with the rollout of the new e-Learning Management System
Execute company’s Performance Management and Talent Management processes.
Shortlist, schedule and perform interviews in co-ordination with facility management
Prepare and issue job offer letters and contracts
Prepare and complete on boarding activities and co-ordinate induction training plan with departmental management
Circa 5-7 years progressive HR experience
HR qualification at CIPD level or similar
UK labour and employment law experience is essential
Ability to manage high workload and multiple priorities
Must have a can-do attitude
Detail oriented with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and cross functional partnering with other departments
Previous experience in a stand-alone role would be an advantage.
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Manager. In return you will receive a salary of between 50-55K plus benefits.
