HR Recruit have another Part-Time HR Manager job vacancy for a Dover based client handled by our South East team.
Our client, a growing organisation in Dover, Kent is looking to recruit an experienced part-time HR Manager. This is a newly created stand-alone role. An experienced HR generalist, this opportunity will give you great visibility within the business. You will be able to add value and implement your own ideas whilst being the focal point of contact for HR within the organisation. The part-time hours are either 3-3.5 days or 24-28 hours approx. per week.
Key requirements
Review and manage contracts and records of employment
Accountable for implementing and maintaining appraisals
Management of the day to day HR processes
Manage investigations and employee relations
Keep up to date with all HR policies and procedures
Devise and implement staff and management development
Accountable for employee engagement
Review and re-design of current HR systems
Review time and attendance system
Person Specification
Experienced HR Generalist
Good at building relationships
Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative
Be resilient and confident to challenge the status quo
Previous experience in a stand-alone role would be an advantage
The candidate will also need your own transport as you will be required to travel to other sites within Kent. This role would suit an experienced P-T HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Manager. In return, you will receive a salary of upto 50K (pro rata) depending on experience.
