HR Recruit have another Interim HR Business Partner job vacancy for a Tonbridge based client handled by our South East team.
Our client in the property sector is looking to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner for 12 months based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The ideal candidate must have significant experience managing change. The main purpose of the role is to work with the Head of HR and People Development to design and deliver the HR change management processes that support organisational change.
Work with managers to design job roles that support business transformation, formulating job descriptions and person specifications for new posts and conducting salary benchmarking.
Work with the Head of HR and People Development to map out the HR processes required to deliver organisational change
Lead on the implementation of processes that achieve organisational change, supporting and coaching managers in the processes
Plan and carry out recruitment activities to ensure roles are appropriately filled
In conjunction with the Head of HR and People Development, manage the implementation of specific projects, preparing project plans and providing regular updates
Provide advice and interpretation on all aspects of HR policy, service conditions and employment legislation.
Provide advice and support to managers on complex casework arising from employment issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness and other key people management processes in order to minimise risk and financial exposure.
The ideal candidate must:
Be CIPD qualified
Have a high level of experience of implementing HR processes that support organisational change
Have a high level of experience of designing and implementing recruitment and selection processes
Experience of conducting formal consultation meetings
In return the candidate will receive a salary of up to £45,000.
