HR Recruit have another Interim HR Manager job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.
Our client, a charity based in Central London is looking to recruit an Interim HR Manager for a 3-6 month period for an immediate start. Reporting to the CEO you will be accountable for a HR administrator.
The main purpose of the role is to:
Provide practical HR support to managers;
Support the development of the charity’s HR strategy and response to GDPR;
Oversee the charity’s recruitment process;
Support the implementation of a new planning process which links together strategy with individual staff management and annual review;
ensure HR administration runs smoothly including managing part time interim HR administration
This role requires someone with strong all round experience of HR and a relevant qualification. The post holder must be able to organise a busy HR function efficiently, with strong administrative and organisational skills. It will be important to be able to work autonomously and exercise flexibility in meeting the demands of the charity during a time of change and flux. It will also be important to provide reassurance and build confidence across the management team. Oversight will be provided by the CEO and Interim Director of Services, both of whom have considerable HR experience but are not specialists.
You must have at least 3 yeasr experience in a generalist HR role. Public Sector or charity experience will be an advantage.
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager. The role is based near Charing Cross Station and Trafalgar Square. You must be available to start on 13th November. In return, you will receive a day rate of between £250-£300 per day.
