HR Recruit have another Part-time HR Manager vacancy for a Wellingborough based client handled by our Midlands team.
Our client, a growing organisation in the industrial sector is looking to recruit an experienced part-time HR Manager, based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. A standalone HR role you will report directly into the COO and be part of the senior leadership team. This is a hands-on role with great visibility within the business, and will give you the opportunity to add value and implement your own ideas whilst being the focal point of contact for HR within the business. The part-time hours are approx. 20-30 hours per week.
Responsible for full recruitment and talent management
Review and manage contracts
Accountable for implementing and maintaining appraisals
Management of the day to day HR processes
Manage investigations and employee relations
Keep up to date with all HR policies and procedures
Devise and implement staff and management development
Accountable for employee engagement
Experienced HR Generalist
Good at building relationships
Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative
Be resilient and confident to challenge the status quo
Previous experience in a stand-alone role would be an advantage
The candidate will also need your own transport as you will be required to travel to other sites on an ad-hoc basis. This role would suit an experienced P-T HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Manager. In return, you will receive a salary of between 45-50K (pro rata) depending on experience.
