HR Recruit have another HR Manager job vacancy for an East Sussex based client handled by our South East team.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager in a prestigious educational establishment based in East Sussex. This is an exciting role where you can add real value to the organisation.
Role Requirements
Performance management tracking, including supporting managers in the appraisal process.
Develop, maintain and update policies in line with procedures and current legislation,
Work with the Senior Management Team to ensure that line managers are aware of the employment and staffing policies and procedures
Manage full recruitment process
Monitor and review absence
Support and advise managers during disciplinary and performance processes.
Investigate grievances when required
Administration for all new starters, issuing offer letters and contracts of employment
Ensuring all staff files are kept up-to-date.
Liaise with the Finance Manager with regard to Payroll
Candidates must:
Proven HR generalist experience on both strategic and operational level
Ideally CIPD qualified
Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of employment law
Ability to work autonomously
Experience of recruitment and interviews at a senior level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of working in an education environment would be an advantage
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager. In return you will receive a salary of between 45-55K plus benefits.
