HR Recruit have another HR Manager job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East team.
Our client is an independent specialist risk consultancy. They are looking to recruit a HR Manager for their base in Central London. The purpose of the role is to deliver a broad HR advisory and operational service to Hubs and Service Lines based in the London office and wider Europe and Africa region. You will have direct ownership and management of HR tasks and work closely with the business and HR Director and coach and support others in the HR Operations Team. The ideal candidate must have international experience to be considered for the role. The client are looking articulate, smart, calm, measured, very detailed and organised individuals.
The main roles and responsibilities are:
Act as case manager for a full range of employee relations issues, escalating where necessary to the HR Director
Provide support and/or manage contractual and employment issues in European and African offices
Provide guidance to the HR Operations Team – and act as an escalation point, providing advice and judgment.
Line management of members of the HR Operations team providing guidance, support and encouraging development. Ensure team delivery of quality HR administration support to the business
Proven experience of operating successfully in a generalist role in a fast-moving, professional and commercial environment
Strong employee relations experience with the ability to offer commercial solutions. Proven experience of managing a broad range of operational HR issues including employee relations and international moves.
Excellent knowledge and application of UK employment law, regulations and compliance.
Experience of managing operational HR issues in different jurisdictions.
Proven experience of managing people. Experience of coaching managers on the full range of generalist HR areas, including performance management,

The role is based at London bridge. In return you will receive a salary of between 57-60K and excellent bonus and benefits.
