HR Recruit have another HR Manager vacancy for a Birmingham based client handled by our Midlands team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join an organisation in the service sector on their Senior Management Team. Managing the end to end recruitment process from beginning to offer
Marketing vacancies by placing adverts, and using social media as a method of recruitment
Management of the day to day HR processes
Work closely with line managers on employee performance, absence, grievances and disciplinary management
Design and implement training strategies and support line managers with performance reviews
Develop and update HR policies and documents including Employment Contracts and Employee Handbook
Develop employee retention and engagement initiatives, in line with company culture and values
Keep up to date with all HR policies and procedures
Be able to drive the culture and ethos within a business
Have at least 3 years experience within a HR generalist role
Have experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
The ability to liaise with and influence at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously, be hands on and use your own initiative
Have strong FE knowledge of changes within the Apprenticeship arena
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Manager. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of between 40-45K depending on experience.
