HR Recruit have another HR Advisor Vacancy for a Sunbury on Thames based client which is being handled by our South East team.
HR Recruit are delighted to be recruiting an experienced interim HR Advisor based in Sunbury on Thames, Surrey. Your key responsibilities are:
Supporting and driving recruitment initiatives
Able to advise on employee relations and be up to date on employment law and policy changes
Advise managers on HR and ER issues
Coach and advise managers on HR
Generalist HR duties including sickness management
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years previous HR experience at a similar level
Experience of managing sickness and absence
Experience of working with H&S in previous roles
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of using HR systems
Be comfortable working in a multi- cultural environment and be a great team player.
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor, HR Officer or HR Manager.The interim period is expected to be between 6 – 12 months but possibly longer. In return, you will receive a generous salary of up to £33000 pro rata with a 15% completion bonus. In addition, there are fantastic benefits such as 6% non- contributory pension, life assurance, dental and gym discounts and a subsidy for social and sports events.
