HR Recruit have another HR Advisor job vacancy for a Whitefield based client handled by our North West team.
Our client, an expanding and forward-thinking business in the leisure industry is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor based in Whitefield, Near Manchester. The role will be at the forefront of providing a comprehensive and professional human resources service to the managers and employees of the company and be responsible for the development of the human resource aspects of the organisation that contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
Responsibility for all aspects of transactional HR administration including the issue of contracts, letters and documentation
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment, selection and induction process
Support the managers in performance management, absence management, investigations, disciplinary and terminations
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Running HR training programmes
Ensure compliance with all existing legal requirements and advising senior management on the impact of prospective new legislation
Proven working experience as HR manager or senior HR executive in a generalist role
People oriented and results driven
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
CIPD qualified / Degree in Human Resources
This role would suit an experienced HR Officer, or HR Manager. In return, you will receive a salary of between 25-29K (depending on experience)
