HR Recruit have another Interim HR Advisor Vacancy for a Boston based client which is being handled by our Midlands team.
Our client based in Boston, Lincolnshire is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 12 month contract. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, comfortable with change and willing to contribute to a team committed to providing service excellence.
Ideally, you will have: –
Either a CIPD Graduate level qualification or equivalent / proven experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
IT report writing and statistical analysis skills
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of managing a team in a fast paced multi-site environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Efficient and well-organised with good time management and planning skills
An ability to act with professionalism, discretion and sensitivity
Enthusiastic, positive attitude
This role would suit an experienced HR Officer or HR Advisor and you must be available to start before the 22nd September. You will receive a salary of between £30,000 and £35,000.
