HR Recruit have another HR Advisor job vacancy for a Bury based client handled by our North West team.
Our client, a key player in the financial sector is looking to recruit a HR Advisor for their bases in Bury and Bolton. This is a temporary role for 6 months but with a high probability that the role will go permanent. A stand-alone role, your main priority for the first few months will be to focus on recruitment as the business is continually expanding. A full review of all recruitment processes is required to install best practice. After this initial period a more generalist HR experience is required.
Key responsibilities:
Initially focus on recruitment across various roles
Review all recruitment processes and methods and advise on best practice
Review on-boarding and retention strategies
Manage investigations and complex employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance.
Monitor all employee records to include maternity, paternity requests and absence and sickness and provide regular reports to the senior management team.
Manage starter and leaver procedures.
Develop and maintain HR Policies.
Person Specification
The candidate must be a generalist but with extensive recruitment experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career in a fast paced organisation. The ideal candidate will be:

Educated to degree level with a professional HR qualification (Qualified CIPD member).

This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor, HR Manager, HR Officer or HRBP. The ideal candidate will receive a salary from 35-38K depending on experience. Once established there is opportunity to progress.
