HR Recruit have another Part-Time In-House recruiter Vacancy for a London based client which is being handled by our South East team

Key requirements

Managing the end to end recruitment process from beginning to offer
Negotiating salary and package details with candidates
Marketing vacancies by placing adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies and using social media
Headhunting candidates where necessary
Organising appropriate pre-interview testing for applicants
Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates
Organising and attending interviews and assessment centres as appropriate for each role
Management progression of LinkedIn as a new method of recruitment
Providing responses and feedback to applicants and agencies in a timely manner
Co-ordinating employee induction programmes
Working closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs, supporting them through the recruitment process and managing expectations

Candidates must:

Have proven past experience of working as a Recruiter/ Resourcer, in a telecommunications company
Have a good level of education
Have experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Possess strong negotiation and consulting skills
The ability to liaise with and influence at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident presentation skills
A proactive nature
Drive and energy

The role is for 18.75 hours a week and the client is flexible when the hours are to be worked. The role is based near Covent Garden. In return the ideal candidate will receive a salary of 45-50K pro rata + benefits.
