HR Recruit have another HR Business Partner Vacancy for a Gloucester based client which is being handled by our South West team
Our client, a manufacturing organisation based in Cheltenham, near Gloucetser is looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for 6 months, however there is a chance that the role may become permanent. The company is part of a large international organisation and the role reports into the HR Director.
Role Requirements
Ensures that policies and procedures are up to date
Coordinates recruitment
Assists managers in performance management matters, employee performance coaching and development of individual development plans.
Assists with the implementation of training efforts including coordinating training programs and maintaining training records. May facilitate training classes.
Assists with wage and benefit surveys including compiling and analysing results.
Person Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field and 5-7 years of progressive Human Resource experience.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of employees and management.
Requires strong leadership and teamwork skills
Experience of a manufacturing background or a fast- paced environment
This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner. In return, you will receive a salary of between 45-48K.
