HR Recruit have another HR Advisor Vacancy for an Edinburgh based client which is being handled by our Scotland team
Our client in the leisure sector is looking to recruit an energetic and experienced HR Advisor for a newly created regional role in Edinburgh. Reporting into the HR Business partner this role requires travel across the sites in Scotland and the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance on a range of UK employment related matters including consultation, TUPE transfer, performance management, employee legislation and policy. - CIPD qualified to level 5 or similar
- Strong experience in ER law
- Generalist HR experience
- Be able to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels Be able work with employees and managers to resolve problems and address concerns
- Flexible approach
The working hours are 9 – 17:30 (40 hours) with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. The salary is 30-35K (depending on experience) with excellent benefits.
