HR Recruit have another HR Manager Vacancy for a Southampton based client which is being handled by our South East team
Our client, in the care sector is looking to recruit an experienced Interim HR Manager for 3 months based near Southampton. Reporting to the CEO and Senior Leadership team you will be accountable for the delivery of high levels of HR service to internal managers and those external agencies and professionals that interface with the HR department.
Responsible for managing ER issues and ensuring that the company is kept up to date with changes in ER law
Act as safeguarding lead for children in relation to employment issues.
Develop HR policies and procedures, developing and initiating change as appropriate
Ensure that appropriate performance measures for operational HR services are put in place and appropriate methods for data collection and analysis are designed and implemented
Be responsible for the operational HR services budget(s).
Manage talent and succession planning; take overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
Implement the training and development agenda, identify areas that need attention and improvement
At 3 least 3 years HR generalist experience
Knowledge of the care sector and OFSTED would be an advantage but not essential
You would need to be able to start work w/c 26th March. In return you will receive a rate of between £200 and £250 per day.
