HR Recruit have another HR Manager Vacancy for an London-City based client which is being handled by our Greater London team
Our client, a professional services organisation in central London, are recruiting for a HR Manager. A stand-alone role, you will report to the Finance Director and will work closely with all areas of the business and all offices, providing HR advice and guiding senior managers in all areas of employment law and current practices.
Assist in recruiting key staff, developing job descriptions, shortlisting applicants and interviewing
To prepare offer letters and contracts of employment for all new employees and arrange induction programmes.
To identify training needs and manage appraisals for all employees and conduct training in liaison with line managers
To maintain and update all personnel records
To advise on and participate in grievances and disciplinary hearings and to prepare all associated documentation
To be the main point of contact with the payroll agency to ensure accurate and up to date information is provided
Degree, CIPD qualified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – dealing with senior managers
Creative thinker and ability to work on own initiative
In return, the ideal candidate will receive a salary of between 40 – 50K
