HR Recruit have another HR Administrator Vacancy for a Central London based client which is being handled by our Greater London team

Our client in the technology sector is looking to recruit a HR Administrator based in Central London. The company is an exciting and expanding organisation. The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative and support services to the HR function.

Key responsibilities

  • Diary Management
  • Liaise with relevant personnel to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
  • Co-ordinate travel
  • Assist with recruitment administration:
  • Prepare Offer Letters and Contract of Employment
  • Create and maintain personnel files
  • Manage entire process of new starters and ensure all documentation is signed and returned
  • Be the first point of contact for all Human Resource administrative related queries
  • Maintain and populate Human Resources System as and when required
  • Update HR website

Person Specification

The ideal candidate must have:

  • At least 2 years previous experience of working within a HR function
  • Knowledge of HR Systems
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Be self motivated, confident and good communicator

The right candidate will receive a salary of between 23-25K FTE.
