HR Recruit have another HR Business Partner Vacancy for a Watford based client which is being handled by our South East team
Our Watford based client in the financial services sector is looking to recruit a highly experienced and hands-on Part-Time HR Business Partner for 22.5 – 24 hours per week. The client is flexible about when the hours are worked. The organisation is an SME and the role reports directly into the HR Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong influencing skills, who is resilient and articulate. The company is going through a period of change so this role is pivotal in helping the business put the basics in place and build on future process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and update the organisation on all employee relations matters
- Review and make changes where necessary to the performance development plan
- Heavily involved in restructuring
- Proactive support of the delivery of HR policies and procedures
- Drive business performance by coaching and supporting department heads
- Facilitate the management team to bring the best solutions for employee retention and development
- Design key job positions and succession plans
- Develop the HR team to increase competencies
- Work across business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level
- Project work e.g. designing and implementing a competency framework, talent planning, benefit review, IR35 review
Person Specification
- CIPD qualified
- At least 5 years generalist HR experience
- Strong employee relations background
- Negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role would suit an experienced HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Head of HR. In return you will receive a salary of between 45-55K pro rata plus benefits.
