HR Recruit have another HR Administrator Vacancy for a Cambridge based client which is being handled by our South East team

HR Recruit currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR assistant in a rapidly expanding logistics organisation. The client will consider candidates on either full time or reduced hours over 5 days. You will provide advice across the broad range of HR initiatives as well as supporting other departments with filing and helping to look after some office admin and supplies.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and support the HR database, records and filing infrastructure
  • Handle internal staff queries and be the first point of contact for HR to the company
  • Administration and generation of all HR documentation and records
  • Co-ordination and tracking of internal recruitment roles from end to end
  • General admin duties e.g. post, filing and covering reception.

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Developing and maintaining databases
  • Passion for HR administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Supportive and reliable team member, who is happy to help employees and fellow HR team members
  • Able to handle a busy workload on own initiative
  • Confidentiality is key
  • Excellent Microsoft skills

This role would be suitable for an experienced administrator or HR Administrator/Coordinator or Assistant. There is flexibility with start and finish times. The salary is up to £28,000 plus excellent benefits.
