Has a desire to progress into HR Management in the next few years

The role involves the day to day HR administration as well as working closely with the HR Manager to deliver a range of interesting projects across the company; which will provide visibility and experience in a wide range of generalist and strategic HR initiatives.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have demonstrable experience in a HR environment
Have demonstrable experience of working in a professional office environment
Possess excellent IT skills
Have the ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and can do attitude
Have excellent, customer service, communication, time management and organisational skills
Be an Associate member of the CIPD and/or working towards an accredited HR qualification
The role offers a starting salary of 25k with an excellent benefits package and flexibility with working hours.
