HR Recruit have another HR Administrator Vacancy for a Leeds based client which is being handled by our Yorkshire team

A very rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior HR professional who:

Is hungry for a long term career in HR
Has the willingness and ability to be sponsored through the CIPD Level 7 qualification
Has a desire to progress into HR Management in the next few years
Wants to work in a professional city centre multi million pound organisation
The current HR Manager is looking to expand the HR team and is willing to support and mentor the successful candidate to take on a more senior HR role within the business.This truly is a fabulous career development opportunity and offers excellent prospects if you are looking to progress your HR career. The role involves the day to day HR administration as well as working closely with the HR Manager to deliver a range of interesting projects across the company; which will provide visibility and experience in a wide range of generalist and strategic HR initiatives.

To be considered for this role you will:

Have demonstrable experience in a HR environment
Have demonstrable experience of working in a professional office environment
Possess excellent IT skills
Have the ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and can do attitude
Have excellent, customer service, communication, time management and organisational skills
Be an Associate member of the CIPD and/or working towards an accredited HR qualification
The role offers a starting salary of 25k with an excellent benefits package and flexibility with working hours.
