HR Recruit have another HR Director Vacancy for a Gloucester based client which is being handled by our South West team.
Our client, is looking to recruit an Interim Head of HR/Change Agent to support shared services across several business partners. A newly create company, the ideal candidate will be commercially aware and embrace agile working practices and ensure that these are embedded within the new organisation. The organisation is undertaking a period of change and this role is to help facilitate this change within the HR team. The current HR team deliver HR, payroll, health, safety and learning and development services.
The Key Accountabilities Will Include
Review, build and develop the existing team
Review ways of working and organisational design for the HR teamReview existing working methods and bring in new approaches
Ability to streamline existing processes and procedures
The client is looking for candidates who can implement modern HR techniques/approaches and think outside the box by using a variety of unique HR approaches within this newly created organisation.
The role will be based in Gloucestershire with travel in the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate must be available to start work at the beginning of January 2018. The interim period is likely to last between 6-9 months. In return, the salary will be 80-85K pro rata.
