HR Recruit have another HR Manager Vacancy for a Coventry based client which is being handled by our Midlands team

Our client, a fast paced not for profit organisation based in Warwickshire are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead a HR Business Partner team. Commercially aware, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of an integrated, effective, and efficient HR Business Partnering service which meets the aims and objectives of the organisation.

With strong employee relations experience the main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Lead the development and implementation of the Engagement, Inclusion and Wellbeing of the organisations Strategy and provide strong leadership in this area.
Establish strategic objectives and targets for Engagement, Inclusion and Wellbeing and to monitor performance ensuring that targets are achieved
Work with Directors and line managers at all levels (in defined functions) to embed the HR Strategy, systems, processes and policies to deliver their people plans
Identify opportunities for organisational change, efficiency and rationalisation with senior managers, coaching and influencing line managers to implement changes
Ensure that department resources and capabilities are managed in an efficient, effective and economic way which maximise the returns on levy investment
Promote a positive and collaborative culture within the team that is focused on delivering customer service and excellent value for money
Develop the team to enable them to perform effectively within a business partner model
Support the Chief Officer with the design and implementation of a Diversity plan

Person Specification

Professional and confident HR role model
Relevant level HR qualification
Extensive employee relations experience and associated skillset
Resilient character who thrive on challenges
Demonstrable experience of working in a complex, matrix organisation
Highly developed emotional intelligence and able to coach and influence senior colleagues
Significant experience of delivering across the full range of HR disciplines
Sound knowledge of employment law and case work management
Experience of working as a trusted Lead Business Partner
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills including report writing and delivering presentations
A good understanding of the challenges presented by change projects
Good understanding of the challenges associated with change management

In return you will receive a salary of between 48-55K (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits.
