HR Recruit have another HR Business Partner Vacancy for a Leeds based client which is being handled by our Yorkshire team.
My client, a leading Logistics and Distribution organisation based in the Morley area of Leeds, are seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner to lead their HR function and partner the business to deliver HR best practice. The organisation is currently going through a significant cultural change programme to support them in achieving their major growth strategy. The role will be fast paced, exciting and evolving, in line with the growth strategy.
The role reports into the Finance Director and the key focus will be to partner with the business to support the growth strategy whilst also overseeing the day to day HR function.
This is a stand alone role, offered on a permanent basis with a competitive salary between 40-45k (based on experience) and a bonus scheme incentive. This newly established role offers great promotional prospects for the right candidate who is ready to “roll up their sleeves” and revel in an exciting opportunity to develop their career.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Managing the day to day HR function.
Partner with managers to provide HR guidance which supports the business strategy
Ensure employee relation cases are managed to meet best practice requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the business needs and objectives
Research, design, and project manage the implementation of HR-related projects to meet both individual and organisational objectives
Applicants should possess the following skills and experience:
Experience of working in a fast paced evolving environment
Experience in coaching and supporting line managers in HR matters
Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent
There successful candidate will be required to travel to Manchester 1 day per week.
